Step One
Measuring the width of your radiator.

Measure the width of your radiator, ensuring that the tape stretches from the outside edge of each valve. The internal width of your required cabinet must be bigger than this measurement.
Step Two
Measuring the height of your radiator.

To measure the height of your radiator, simply place one end of the tape on the floor and measure to the top edge of the radiator. The internal height of your required cabinet must be bigger than this measurement.
Step Three
Measuring the depth of your radiator.

The depth of your radiator is obtained by placing the tape on the wall and measuring to the front face of your radiator. The internal depth of your required cabinet must be bigger than this measurement.
IMPORTANT

Step Four
- The external size of your radiator cabinet.

Once you have established that the cabinet is bigger than your radiator, it is important to ensure that the external size of your radiator cabinet will also fit the space provided surrounding your radiator. Check especially window sills, alcoves, existing furniture, etc.
