4 Piece Construction
As the name suggests these radiator cabinets come in four pieces. The main screen/frame, the top mantel and the two side legs. These are either put together, entirely,  with a keyhole fixing system, which requires no tools, or a combination of keyhole fixing top mantel and cam lock fixings for the legs. This is dependant on whether the legs are mounted to the side or behind the front screen.

ADVANTAGES
• Very easy to put together, typically less than a minute.
• Can be dis-assembled, moved and reassembled just as easily.
• The final finish is usually, slightly better. As the finish is applied after the elements are assembled, therefore tighter fitting and less chance for
   damage during construction.
• Nice big selling face, which can be used in retail environment to promote the product in store.

DISADVANTAGES
• Box is larger. Must be at least the size of the fully constructed front screen
• This means for larger models it can be harder and more costly to distribute. Also will take up more space in retail environment
• Front screen can be expensive (proportionately) to replace if damaged in transit or by customer.

Full Knock Down
These radiator cabinets are packed in the constitute parts that they are manufactured. Depending on the size and style that can be between 8 and 12 pcs plus the fixing materials. This may have a combination of fixings: key hole and cam locks as well as screws and dowels.

ADVANTAGES
• If looking to modify or adapt radiator in any way this saves having to work with larger pieces.
• Can often cost less to produce (depends on style and size)
• Box is often smaller. (although length is still dictated by length of longest piece - often the mantel)
• This can make it cheaper to ship, distribute and store. Less chance of damage
• Individual pieces can be replaced more cheaply if damaged in transit (or by customer)

DISADVANTAGES
• Slightly more work for customers, and higher chance of mistake being made in construction
• Final finish quality, although good, not quite as high as 4pc due to the finish being applied prior to final construction.
